2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments may be requested through our website or by contacting our studio directly. Booking a session may require a deposit.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable in case of late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices for tattoos and merchandise are listed on our website or provided during consultation.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed tattoo services. If you have a concern, please contact our team directly.

4. Health and Safety

  • We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with Massachusetts health regulations.

  • Clients are required to disclose any health conditions or skin sensitivities prior to their session.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site or created during services are the intellectual property of Pino Bros Ink or its respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To harass, abuse, or harm another person.

  • To interfere with the operation of our website or studio.
